How long does it take to make personalized items?
Every order is unique. Please view the product page for production times.
How much does personalization cost?
It takes time to create your design, so we ask for a small fee to cover this labor. E-mail sample $15 or sample via mail for $20
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, and debit cards.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select a product.
2. Place an order online. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
3. Send or e-mail us your personalized text and photo if you chose a printing service. Send your master disc if you selected our duplication service.
4. We will send you a sample proof within 24 hours.
5. Upon receiving your final approval, will start your order and actual shipping date will be given.
6. Upon completion of your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation of shipment.
